1. Service Availability: Ustadh Adnan wishes to provide this service for free; however, due to time constraints, high demand, and a growing team, he has decided to open and pilot this service. Once you book, we will confirm with you if he is available.

2. Rescheduling: Ustadh Adnan reserves the right to reschedule the meeting up to three times. After the third rescheduling, you may request a refund.

3. Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy: Payment are non-refundable and failure to attend the agreed set meeting time will render the service as complete and you will have to rebook again.

5. Confidentiality: All information shared during consultations will remain confidential. Ustadh Adnan will not disclose any personal information without your consent unless required by law.

6. Limitations of Liability: Ustadh Adnan is not liable for any loss or damages that may arise from your decisions based on the advice or services provided. Clients understand that the guidance given is for informational purposes only.

7. Client Responsibilities: Clients are encouraged to provide any necessary background information prior to the meeting to ensure a productive consultation. It is the client's responsibility to seek professional counsel for legal, financial, or health issues if needed.
