Airport arrival, programme introduction, history overview, and free time to explore.
Visit Sahaba graves, Abu Ayyub al-Ansari tomb & mosque, Arab Mosque (Umayyad era), drive across Golden Horn & Bosphorus. Continue to İznik (ancient Nicea). Overnight in İznik.
Tour İznik city walls, gates, tile workshops & Hagia Sophia. Visit Söğüt - base of Ertuğrul Ghazi with tombs & mosque. Experience local heritage activities & shopping. Drive to Bursa.
Bursa Castle, tombs of Osman & Orhan Ghazi, Great Mosque with Ottoman calligraphy, Koza Han Silk Market, Green Mosque & Green Tomb. Return to Istanbul with possible visit to Yeni Cami Mosque.

Who is Adnan Rashid?
Ustadh Adnan Rashid is an Islamic numismatician (coins specialist) as well as a bibliophile (book collector). He has inherited a vast library of historical manuscripts from his ancestors and is himself a deeply interested researcher into Islamic heritage. He has been collecting historical manuscripts from the Indian subcontinent on hadith, tafseer, history and poetry.
